Branch Manager - DePere
We are looking for a person that can develop and maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff. This individual will need to be very effective in employee relations. This person will evaluate the staff with their job performance, quality of work and service to all members, select quality applicants for vacancies, hold staff meetings and ensure that the office is in compliance with laws and regulations. This individual will need to have outstanding member service skills. A working knowledge of a Teller, Vault Teller and MSR is necessary as this person will be a back up for all of these areas. This individual will maintain a cross-selling environment within the office. Prior supervisory experience is required as well as at least three years of experience in a credit union or financial work environment.
Tellers - Part-time
Howard Branch - 20-25 hours
Wisconsin Ave. Appleton - 25-30 hours
Main St. Green Bay - 20-25 hours (Bilingual, Spanish/English)
We are seeking friendly individuals who would enjoy educating members about their financial options while assisting them with various financial transactions. Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, be passionate about member/customer service and thrive in a team and results oriented environment. Previous teller and cash handling experience is a plus. Knowledge of credit union products and services is also a plus.
