How to get your FREE Fox Communities Credit Union Business Check Card.
- Open a Fox Communities Credit Union Business checking account.
- Fill out our online Business Check Card Application.
- Once approved, you will receive your Fox Communities Credit Union Business Check Card and computer selected PIN (personal identification number) in separate mailings for security purposes.
Lost or stolen Check Card?
If your check card is lost or stolen, you must call 1-866-333-4740 to report a lost or stolen card. The new card with a new card number and new PIN number will be mailed to your home within 2-3 weeks.
Need to replace your Check Card?
To replace a card, simply contact us. The new card will be mailed to your home within approximately 2-3 weeks and you can use your same PIN number.
Forgot your PIN number or want to change your PIN number?
If your PIN was forgotten, Fox Communities Credit Union can send out a PIN reminder. The PIN will come to your home in approximately 2 weeks.
To change your PIN, you have two choices. Call 1-866-297-3411 to reach our Interactive Voice Response System - with this system, you must know your current PIN for security. If you would like to change your PIN in person, or you do not know your current PIN, we have a machine that will allow you to choose your new PIN number. This machine rotates between our offices, please call us to find out where this machine is at.
How often can I use my card?
You can use the card up to 10 times a day and up to $1,500 per day to make purchases with a PIN. Purchases made with a signature are unlimited. To receive cash from an ATM you can use the card up to 10 times a day and withdraw up to $505 daily.
Important things to remember about your Check Card:
- No PIN is needed unless you use your Check Card at an ATM to withdraw cash.
- When using your card to make purchases choose "credit" to sign the receipt. Do not say "debit" that requires a PIN number.
- Keep all of your receipts and record them in your check register.
A Merchant Account is a service that enables a business to accept credit card/check card payments from customers. Payments made by credit card/check card are one of the most convenient methods of payment.
