Fox Communities Credit Union recognizes the importance of Internet security and is fully committed to protecting unauthorized access to customer information.

Fox Communities Credit Union, as part of this Agreement, will continuously employ and maintain a network firewall and other security features that Fox Communities Credit Union deems appropriate from time to time (e.g., Secure Socket Layers, password protected logons, server logs, access control restrictions etc.) in an effort to prevent disruption of service or loss, theft or alteration of sensitive information. Fox Communities Credit Union agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts to stay current with frequent changes in security requirements which may include participation in Internet security trade organization, conferences, educational activities, use of security consultants, periodic intrusion tests, software upgrades, hardware enhancements or through proactive security systems monitoring. The parties agree that such efforts represent a good faith effort on behalf of Fox Communities Credit Union to maintain appropriate security levels.

Customer acknowledges that, in spite of these good faith efforts, Fox Communities Credit Union cannot guarantee that a security breach will never occur and that liability disclaimers set forth in this Agreement, will also apply to security-related events.
