• Terms of 10, 15, 20, or 30 years where the interest rate is fixed for the full term.
• Our no fee bi-weekly payment option is available.

 Non-Portfolio – These loans are not serviced by Fox Communities Credit Union.

• Terms of 10, 15, 20, or 30 years where the interest rate is fixed for the full term.
• Good choice if looking for the stability of having the same rate and monthly payment for the life of the loan and if planning to stay in the home for a long time.
• Bi-weekly payments are not an option with this loan.
• Some other costs could apply that do not in the Portfolio Fixed Rate product.
