Items Needed When Applying
- Your most recent paycheck stub(s) covering the last 30 days and W-2 forms from the last two years.
- Proof of other income (social security award letter, pension letter, etc.).
- You two most recent bank statements.
- Investment statements (401k, pension plans, mutual funds, etc.).
- Divorce decree (if applicable).
For Real Estate purchase transactions please bring with you:
- Signed “Offer to Purchase Real Estate” contract (including all amendments, counter offers, etc.) and the “Real Estate Condition Report” prepared by the seller.
- Realtor’s name, company, and phone number.
For Vehicle or Consumer loan purchase transactions, please bring with you:
- Copy of purchase contract from dealer or copy of title from seller in private party transaction.
- Proof of insurance listing Fox Communities Credit Union as lien holder. For vehicle loans, insurance must include collision coverage.
For all Real Estate refinances, please bring with you:
- Current mortgage statement.
- Copy of a current homeowner’s insurance policy “declarations” page.
- Copy of a current title insurance policy (if can locate).
For all Vehicle or Consumer loan refinances, please bring with you:
- Current statement or contact information to obtain loan payoff amount.
- Proof of insurance listing Fox Communities Credit Union as lien holder. For vehicle loans, insurance must include collision coverage.
- Title to vehicle/boat/RV, etc.
