Effective July 21, 2011 the following amendment has been made a part of our Funds Availability Policy.
Determining the Availability of a Deposit
The chart showing when funds from a check you deposit will be available has been amended as follows:
Longer delays may apply. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any exceptions. We will tell you when the funds will be available. They will generally be available no later than the 7th business day after the day of your deposit.
